Welcome!! 

Here is a little about myself, before we get to know you more and how I can assist with your wellness journey. 

I was born into Rolfing, living under the roof of my brilliant, Advanced Certified Rolfer® Grandad, Tom West.

At age 11,  I was diagnosed with Idiopathic Scoliosis and thus began my own personal, hands-on journey with Rolfing. 

I am now a third generation Rolfer, influenced by both my Grandad and mother’s passion to assist others through healing.  

I grew up observing the ease and support they brought to their clients, while also experiencing the mult-dimensional healing that Rolfing brings through the mind, body and soul.

I am also a third generation, St. Petersburg native. 

I graduated from Eckerd College with a B.A. degree in Human Development.  

I have always worked in the caregiving and advocacy field, so the call to pursue Rolfing felt like home.  

I completed my training and became a Certified Rolfer® in December 2021 while living in Boulder, Colorado. 

Since my return from Colorado, my mother has been a huge mentor for me and the Rolfing community as a whole, is an immensely supportive community.
